Troy's passion for fitness ignited in his youth amidst the sweat, effort, and drive of his uncles' powerlifting training. This early exposure was further nurtured by his aunt, who instilled in him the principles of healthy eating and the crucial skill of deciphering food labels. This foundation became the bedrock of Troy's lifelong dedication to wellness. As his commitment deepened, he became a catalyst for change, inspiring friends and family to embark on their own journeys toward healthier lifestyles.

This passion propelled Troy to pursue extensive certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), earning credentials in behavior change, nutrition coaching, personal training, and corrective exercise. He further refined his expertise with a functional movement screening certification from Functional Movement Systems (FMS).

​

Today, Troy is a highly experienced behavior change specialist with a focused expertise in nutrition and fitness. He works both independently and collaboratively with a network of coaches, physical and occupational therapists, and dieticians, understanding that true and lasting well-being requires a holistic and integrated approach. Through corrective exercise, he empowers clients to overcome muscle imbalances, asymmetries, and joint pain, restoring mobility, balance, stability, and functional symmetry.

Troy's mission is to ignite a spark in everyone, inspiring them to embrace healthy, active lifestyles for long-term fitness success. His message is clear and compelling: Believe in yourself, seek change, commit to your physical and mental well-being, and embrace routine.
