An initial fitness assessment includes the identification of muscular imbalances and postural distortions, body fat testing, circumference measurements, BMI and blood pressure testing, and a customized program designed for corrective exercise training that integrates into an overall goal-based program. 

-- FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN (FMS) --

​​The FMS 7-step standardized test assesses patients and clients with the industry-leading Functional Movement Screen process, which reveals muscle imbalances, musculoskeletal pain, and postural dysfunction in the kinetic chain system.  Once these deficiencies have been identified, a corrective exercises program will be crafted to help eliminate the potential risk of sustaining future injuries.
